Shipping Rates

We ship in the UK using a trackable courier service, using recyclable and compostable packaging.

For our first launch UK shipping is free of charge.

Customs, clearance + duties fees

As a small business we are unable to cover the cost of any customs, clearance or duties fees and so these must be paid for by the customer. At the current time we only ship within the UK, EU and USA, but we have plans to grow! Please join our community by filling this form in here and remember to let us know if you live outside of these countries.

Returns

We hope that you love your Noble Yoga product; we work hard to ensure the very best fit and quality. Hopefully that means you'll have a product that you can enjoy for a long time.

If for any reason, you'd like to return your unworn product please get in touch with us at hello@noble-yoga.com within 14 days of receiving your package. Complete this Returns Form email us a copy and include a copy in your package.

All returns much reach us within 28 days of receipt. Please ensure the product is in the original packaging, unworn, and in the same immaculate condition in which they were received. The tags and labels must still be attached to the product in order to be able to return it to us.

Refunds

Correctly returned items will be credited to the original payment method less any taxes, delivery or import duties incurred in delivery. Please allow up to 14 days of receiving your return email for the refund to be processed.


Exchanges

As we make small production runs, we can't guarantee we'll be able to make an exchange, but do always get in touch with us at hello@noble-yoga.com and let us know what you're looking for and we'll see if we can help.

Returns Postage

As a small business we are not able to cover the cost of returns postage, and we recommend you send your product back on a tracked delivery service. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to make sure the product hasn’t been worn, the swing tag is attached, the product is in good condition, and if so we will make a refund within 3-5 days. If for any reason your return did not meet our standards, we would contact you directly via email.

What happens to my returned product?

Product returned to us in perfect condition will be offered to those customers who missed out and are on our waiting list.  We aim to have zero waste.
