Planet Positive Product.

Responsible, Regenerative, Decision led.

Our choices have consequences, from the fabrics we use to the factories we choose.

Thats why we only use materials and processes that blend craft, functionality and consciousness of planet.

We are taking proactive steps forward to offer our customers credible regenerative alternatives that are created in the most sustainable and environmentally considered way possible.

Make great product, do no harm.

Our fabric blend is leading edge in regenerative process and knitted textiles.

Our packaging is locally sourced to reduce transport and are made from recycled cardboard.

Our bags are PLA (Polylactic Acid) so they are made from renewable resources such as corn starch and sugar cane which is a natural polymer designed to substitute widely used petroleum-based plastics like PET (polyethene terephthalate).

Knitting the way to a regenerative future.

Circular knitting is a manufacturing process that simply put, turns yarn into garments. Traditional cut and sew methods incur 10-20% cutting waste in garment production. Seamless production saves on raw materials, as well as everything involved in fabric processing, dye, chemicals, water and energy; all significant factors in traditional cut and sew clothing production.

Due to the process, we guarantee exceptional comfort and fit, as there are only very few seams.

Garment Dying

Our products are made from raw uncoloured fabric and are only dyed as a final manufacturing step, as opposed to the conventional method of manufacturing garments from pre-dyed fabrics. The garment dyeing process uses fewer toxic chemicals and less water than the fabric dyeing process. There is reduced need for steam, which in turn, reduces heating needs and there is less wastage of fabric.

Garment dyeing lets the dye settle naturally into the fabric, giving each piece a unique finish with a chromatic depth and intensity impossible to achieve with pre-dyed fabric.

Noble Future

We have huge plans to explore sustainable developments in knitting and innovative solutions for waste-free production. We’re curious about implementation of multi-functionality in a single process step, 3D shaping without additional work steps, and efficient knitting-on-demand production.

Our next round of product testing will focus on solutions for the production of fibre-reinforced plastics made from natural fibres.

There is always more that we can do better, and we continue to bring that vision into all the products we create at Noble.

It’s a journey not a destination. The pursuit of better.
